Ken Eshpeter
Chairman

For the past 30 years, Mr. Eshpeter has been a family farmer in Daysland, Alberta. Additionally, Mr. Eshpeter was the past director of the Alberta Pulse Commission from 2006 to 2008. Further, Mr. Eshpeter is the current director of the Daysland District Cultural Arts Society.
Reg Enright
Vice-Chairman

For the past 35 years, Mr. Enright has been operating the family farm near Rosalind Alberta. He has in the past been and is currently involved in local organizations including the Rosalind Agricultural Society, the Elks club and Church Council.
John Oberg
Secretary-Treasurer

For the past 15 years, Mr. Oberg has been president of Prairie Hill Farms near Forestburg, Alberta. He has been and is currently involved with the National Farmers Union.
Scott Jackson

For the past 5 years, Mr. Jackson has been the president of Jackson Legacy Farm Ltd. He has also operated the family farm located near Galahad, Alberta for the last 19 years. Additionally, Mr. Jackson has been the director of Alliance Seed Cleaning Association since 1996.
Howard Vincett

For the Past 30 years, Mr. Vincett has been a farmer running a farm located in Galahad, Alberta. Additionally, Mr. Vincett is the chairman of Forestburg Seed Cleaning Plant Ltd. And is the current treasurer of the Battle River Research Group.

Dennis Freadrich

For the past 10 years, Mr. Freadrich has been president of Select Seeds Ltd. He has operated a family farm in Forestburg, Alberta for the past 30 years.

Peggy Erion

For the past 20 years, Mrs. Erion has been the bookkeeper for Alliance Seed Cleaning Association. Further, since 2006, Mrs. Erion has been on the board of directors for the Rural Electrical Association located in Castor, Alberta.

The co-operative is designed in such a way that it is producer (member) run through a majority vote on the Board of Directors. At least 6 Directors on the Board, with a maximum total number of 9 Directors must be elected from the co-operatives membership (Class A shareholders). There is an opportunity for one additional member to be added to the Board in the case that Class D shareholders comprise of $300,000.00 of total share sales. If this occurs, one Class D shareholder selected from this group may be added to the Board of Directors.  In addition, one other Director may be appointed from class E shareholders if the total share sales in this group exceed $300,000.00.
